We’ll leave the tourist route aside so we can experience these incredible “oasis” in a unique way. This is the right combination for a real adventure in the wadis of Oman. The trip includes a fun exploration of remote spots, a unique way to travel from A to B in Wadi Al Hoorain, and the whole experience of Wadi Shab. Throughout the tour, you’ll be guided by adventure guides and receive top-notch service. Day 1:

Leaving Abu Dhabi airport at 6:00 am (Check flight departure time.)

on Friday, you will be greeted by Wake Up Adventures guides at Muscat airport in order to begin this unique and unforgettable journey. We jump on the Wake Up Bus and after just 20 minutes from the airport, we’re at one of the most iconic spots in Muscat for breakfast. There’s nothing like a good cup of coffee in the morning accompanied by a hearty breakfast to boost our energy levels. We’re going to our first destination: the famous and scenic Wadi Shab. The adventure begins here.

We cross the lagoon in a small boat until we reach the beginning of the path, a true oasis full of palm trees, natural pools, fresh air and nature will be part of the way until we reach the main pool.

After some fun and taking some photos and videos, we head back, but not before a quick stop for snacks.

Back on the wake bus, we spent about an hour and a half transfer to the hotel, followed by a local dinner together.

Day 2

At 8:00 am we all meet at the hotel lobby for a local breakfast together.

Today we’re stepping off the beaten path, so get ready for an experience like no other. As we leave the hotel for the beginning of our adventure, we will travel for 20 minutes through mountains offering unique views before arriving at our starting point.

It will start with a walk with breathtaking views surrounded by mountains. We will see an entirely different landscape as we go down the canyon, as we will find natural pools of crystal-clear water where we can jump, swim, slide along waterfalls, and climb the rocks.

Having had a lot of fun and a little tiredness, we will arrive at the end of the wadi where there will be a wake-up bus waiting for us with snacks, it is now time to begin our journey back to Muscat.

As soon as we arrive in Muscat, we will have the opportunity to freshen up and enjoy a buffet dinner all together.

Day 3

The wake-up bus takes you to the airport of Muscat to say goodbye until your next adventure.

Meals:  They are not included due to our flight schedule.

  • If I book a tour, is it guaranteed to run?

    Most of our trips are guaranteed to run with just six people booked on a tour. An additional supplement may be required to run the tour if the minimum number of guests is not met. Our tour Coordinators will be in touch in case such a situation arises. For more information please talk to your tour coordinator.

  • Can Wake Up Organize Private tours?

  • Can my children come on tour?

    Please note that minors (under 18) must be accompanied by a guardian who will take full responsibility. Furthermore, we encourage all families with children under 16 please contact our tour coordinator. Whether you’re traveling with young children, teenagers, young adults, or multiple generations, our private itineraries appeal to everyone’s interests and levels of activity. Our tour coordinator can help you select one of our existing Family itineraries or work with you to create something especially for you and your family.

  • How do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

    We go above and beyond to meet your dietary needs and communicate your restrictions, allergies, and preferences for restaurant meals, and culinary experiences. When booking a tour, we recommend discussing dietary restrictions at least a week earlier with one of our experts to ensure your destination is a good fit. Once you’ve booked your tour, we gather detailed information about your dietary preferences to alert your guides in advance.

  • What is a Single Supplement?

    Our tours are priced based on double occupancy. A Single Supplement is an additional charge that secures a private room for solo travelers. If you are traveling alone and would prefer a roommate, please notify your Tour Coordinator. Although we cannot guarantee a match, we will make every effort to pair you with another solo traveler to waive the Single Supplement.

  • What should I pack?
